Digital Growth Service Terms
Terms for individual Digital Growth orders purchased through AABC.
1. Service scope
AABC Digital Growth provides individual promotional, visibility, reach, engagement, audience-growth and website-traffic services. Each order is limited to the service, expected range, submitted URL and price shown at checkout.
2. Expected results
Expected results are estimates, not hard guarantees. Results may vary based on account activity, content quality, niche, audience behaviour, platform conditions, algorithm changes, account restrictions and other factors outside AABC's control.
3. Client account activity
For audience-growth services, clients should maintain regular account activity and consistent posting during the campaign. Inactive accounts may experience lower growth or retention.
4. Submitted links
The customer is responsible for submitting the correct public profile, channel, post, Reel, video, group or website URL for each selected service. AABC does not request social-media passwords or private account credentials.
5. Platform compliance
The customer remains responsible for complying with the relevant platform's terms, community rules and content policies. AABC may decline or stop an order involving unlawful, deceptive, abusive, restricted or inaccessible content.
6. No unsupported claims
AABC does not describe results as guaranteed, organic, verified users or similar claims unless the specific fulfilment method independently supports and verifies that description.
7. Payment
Checkout is processed through PayPal in USD. Any AED, GBP, EUR, INR or PKR values displayed on the website are approximate reference conversions only. The customer's payment provider may use a different exchange rate or apply its own charges.
8. Order processing
An order is accepted for fulfilment only after payment has been verified by the AABC payment backend. A browser return page alone does not constitute proof of payment. AABC may review submitted links before processing begins.
9. Timing
Processing time varies by service, platform conditions, quantity and account status. AABC may process an order in stages. Completion timing is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
10. Corrections
If a submitted link is incorrect, contact AABC immediately. A correction may be possible before processing begins. Once execution has started against the submitted link, the order may be non-refundable or require a new order.
11. Third-party platforms
AABC is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Telegram or PayPal unless expressly stated otherwise.
