Refund / Cancellation Policy
How cancellations, incorrect links and service-delivery issues are handled.
Before processing begins
If AABC has not started fulfilment, a cancellation or link correction may be possible. Contact AABC as soon as possible and provide your AABC Digital Growth Order ID.
After processing begins
Once a digital service has started, costs and operational work may already have been incurred. Orders that are already processing or completed are generally not cancellable merely because the customer changes their mind.
Incorrect customer URL
The customer is responsible for confirming submitted links. If the wrong URL is reported before processing begins, AABC will try to correct it. If fulfilment has already started against the submitted URL, a refund may not be available.
Service cannot be fulfilled
If AABC determines that a selected service cannot reasonably be started or materially fulfilled, AABC may offer a retry, suitable alternative, account adjustment or refund depending on the circumstances and work already performed.
Platform restrictions
Private accounts, removed content, changed usernames, platform restrictions, account suspension or inaccessible links can prevent or interrupt fulfilment. AABC will attempt to contact the customer where practical.
Payment disputes
If you believe a payment or order is incorrect, contact AABC first with the Order ID so the transaction can be reviewed. PayPal's own dispute and buyer-protection processes may also apply independently.
Refund processing
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment channel. Processing time after approval depends on PayPal and the customer's payment provider.
