AABC works with brokers, agents, referral partners, developers, inventory contributors and other approved professionals. The permitted activity depends on the participant's role, jurisdiction and applicable regulatory requirements.
Eligible partners may introduce their own clients to suitable UAE or India property opportunities, contribute inventory, make permitted referrals, or work with allocated AABC opportunities where applicable. Any commission or reward depends on a qualifying completed transaction, applicable agreements and eligible AABC revenue.
AABC uses a transaction-linked 5-level partner network reward structure for qualifying closed deals. Network percentages are calculated from the approved direct deal reward, not from the property value, and participation does not guarantee income or commission.
Depending on the activity and applicable rules, participants may include brokers, agents, agencies, referral partners, influencers, freelancers, entrepreneurs, professionals and community connectors.
Where an eligible transaction successfully closes and AABC becomes entitled to commission, the agreed partner share is handled according to the applicable agreement and rules. No transaction means no guaranteed cash reward.
Regulated brokerage activities should only be performed by appropriately authorised parties. Participants who are not licensed for regulated brokerage should remain within permitted referral, marketing, introduction or other non-regulated roles.
